The third Yalta Optimization Conference will take place on August 2-4, 2010 in Yalta, Ukraine. This year the main theme of the conference is "Network Science". This 3 day event will feature up to 30 talks and will provide an excellent forum for exchange of ideas, sharing the latest advances, understanding the challenges and discussing the role optimization will play in the emerging discipline of network science. A special issue of Optimization Letters (OPTL) will be devoted to the conference.
